Die design and manufacture are essential to accurate stamped parts. Our in-house design, die trials and production capability give us control over dimensions and consistency throughout the process.
In-house tooling expertise
Tooling is the foundation of precision stamping. Our in-house capability supports shorter development cycles and consistent series production. It is backed by 10 tooling-structure patents, covering compound forming, mark-free bending, angled punching and stripping, and vertical die-insert removal.
